*We service the Slidell community - there will be an added $25 fee to deliver to surrounding areas on the Northshore

*Please provide 24 hours cancellation notice

*We work rain or shine (We will only provide a refund with 24 hours cancellation or under extreme weather conditions)

*We set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt (No gravel, rocks, or pebbles)

*You must provide electricity and water hook ups
(We provide tarps for entrance/exit areas & 50 ft extension cord)

*All inflatables are cleaned and sanitized between rentals


***PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT DROP OFF IF NOT MADE ONLINE***
(We accept cash or checks made payable to 'Creative Jumpz' at drop off)
