The Men of Color student organization at Briar Cliff University is a coalition of social justice minded individuals. We strive to raise awareness and consciousness around issues of race, educational access, social justice, and political interests of underrepresented people. One of this year’s highlights was when the New Life in Christ church gave us a certificate for involvement in the community and servanthood. We really appreciate and we shall do our best to keep it up.

The month of October is the National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We took time to spread awareness and did a toy drive. For every stuffed animal you gave, you received a Domestic Violence Awareness T-shirt. The stuffed animal will be given to victims of Domestic Violence
