Stuffed Seafood Bread Bowl
1 large sourdough bread bowl
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Hollow out the bread bowl, leaving a sturdy shell. Set aside the removed bread pieces for dipping.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
Gently fold in the shrimp and crab meat.
Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl, ensuring it is evenly packed.
Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Garnish with extra green onions and serve warm with reserved bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 loaf Italian bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and spread the softened butter evenly on both halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the butter has melted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, breaking the meat into crumbles as it cooks.
Drain excess fat from the skillet and stir in garlic powder, yellow mustard, ketchup, kosher salt, black pepper, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.
Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the toasted bread halves.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and slice into servings.

Chicken Spaghetti Lo Mein
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ground ginger, and chicken broth. Mix well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the chicken and vegetables.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until evenly combined.
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Place the flour in a third bowl.

Ingredients:
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 cups penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Easy Jello Meringue Cookies
Ingredients:
4 egg whites, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Jello dry powder (any flavor)
Dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 225°F .
With a hand or stand mixer and whisk attachment, beat the egg whites on medium speed. Add the cream of tartar and salt, continuing to beat until soft peaks form .
Gradually add the sugar and Jello powder, one tablespoon at a time, while beating until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar slowly to prevent deflating the meringue .
Mix until the egg whites are glossy and smooth .
Using a 1M piping tip, pipe the meringue into rosettes on a parchment-lined cookie sheet .
Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside for at least another hour without opening the oven door .
Once cooled and dry, the cookies are ready to enjoy!
