It’s officially “American Heart Health Month”❤️ Hearts disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States. Every year, 1 in 4 deaths are caused by heart disease or also know as cardiovascular disease❤️ Lets use this month to raise awareness about heart disease and how people can prevent it both at home and in the community.
❤️make small changes when cooking, like more spices and less salt.
❤️more physical activities.
❤️yearly check ups with your physician for early diagnoses.
And these are just a few...Great health is wealth❤️

One of the most IMPORTANT ways to prevent the spread of germs 🦠 and staying healthy is HAND WASHING 🧼 .
Here are five steps to follow when washing your hands⬇️
1️⃣WET...your hands with clean running water.

2️⃣LATHER...your hands by rubbing them together with soap. Lather the back of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

3️⃣SCRUB...your hands for at least 20 seconds (need a timer, sing the “Happy Birthday” song)

4️⃣RINSE...your hands well under clean running water

5️⃣DRY...your hands using a clean towel and use this same towel to turn off the faucet .
