A year ago, I couldn’t have done this.
Walking for more than a few minutes was painful. I was in chronic pain 24/7 and constantly afraid of falling after my accident. 💔
But last week, I got to take my daughter on a field trip to Silver Springs River Museum.
We walked for hours, explored the exhibits, helped make sugar cane, saw old canoes, feed the animals, run on the trails and heard stories of how people used to live… and actually enjoyed it all. 🥹
She would have missed out, I would have missed out but this time, I was right beside her, laughing, learning, and living it. 🌿
Here’s the wild part:
I’ve been in wellness my whole life. I’ve tried all the things and still suffered.
And until last year, there wasn’t a natural way to truly work on my cellular health and boost it beyond what eating healthy and movement could do.
That’s when everything started to change. My energy, recovery, pain, and mobility all started shifting.
Let’s just say… I’m finally feeling like myself again.
