And just like that, she’s gone! 😢 Transport slipped to this morning. Talk about a tight fit! I think there were about 2 inches of height to spare! She will be delivered to the new owner by noon tomorrow. He pinged me this morning and mentioned that she will continue to be stored in a garage. Nice to know she is going to a good home!

Good time today out near Bartlett and Horseshoe lakes! The spillway at Horseshoe is running pretty strong. Where is all that water coming from? 🤔 Seriously, there’s no snow runoff up north in Arizona?

I drove back up to Green’s Peak to check conditions for next week’s Ride Across Arizona. Lookin good up there now! Still a bit of patchy snow in places, but I expect that to all be gone by the time the ride gets there.

Part one of two. The Ride / Race across Arizona gravel bike ride starts May 1st, so I went out to check the conditions along the race route up near Green’s Peak. No bueno. Still some 3-4 ft drifts across the road and some downed trees that haven’t been cleared. Part two will show where it just becomes impassible snow for as far as I could see…
