Do you feel like something is going wrong when you have a challenge or conflict in your relationship?

What do you make it mean?

➡️ This shouldn’t be happening

➡️ Something is wrong with me

➡️ Something is wrong with my partner

➡️ What did I do to deserve this?

➡️ My friends don’t seem to have challenges like this

➡️ Once we are through this, then hopefully we will be happy

The truth is, if there aren’t any challenges or conflicts in your relationship, there’s probably people pleasing and self abandonment going on.

Walking on eggshells to avoid conflict or holding back how you really feel is very common but it leads to resentment long term.

Conflict is going to happen and it doesn’t have to be a problem.

Having healthy tools to manage your own emotions and reactions is key to managing conflict.

When you learn how to do this, you can create more connection with your partner 🙏🏼
