We recently completed a driven pipe pile job in Port Gamble for a future pedestrian bridge. The 12" closed ended piles were driven with a Berminghammer 3505 diesel hammer suspended from our Manitowoc 110 Ton lattice boom crawler crane. The dense soils made installation a bit of a challenge on a couple of the piles but in the end we got them all installed on alignment. Good job crew.

Port of Everett Exxon/Mobil Sheet Pile Shoring Cell. We are in the midst of installing 550 LF of sheets at the Port of Everett. The Longest sheets are 60' in length and the ground has several layers of extremely hard ground. In the Video we are seen working a sheet up in down to break thru the hard ground. A template holds the wall alignment and keeps the sheets from spreading which increases the friction on the interlock. This can lead to a damaged interlocks and of course increased friction makes getting the sheets to tip elevation more difficult. The template plays a vitial roll in increaseing our production and reducing wear on the sheet piles and equipment. We are over half way done at this point.
