Greetings Trilogy Family! It is with both excitement and sadness that I announce my retirement from Trilogy. It has been an incredible honor to care for each of you, and I am forever humbled and grateful for the immense trust you have shown in allowing me to be your Chiropractor for the last decade and more. Our last day is this Thursday, December 23rd. Our email [email protected] will be on for any questions you may have!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty, and for being part of the joy I have received from you, my patient family over these many wonderful years of practice. While I am looking forward to relaxing with my family, and lots of travel (Lookout Hawaii, France, Belize and Bali!), I could not have completed this wonderful journey without all of you.

For your future Chiropractic needs, I am referring everyone to 3 different Chiropractors who I went to school with and deeply trust.

Save A Fox - A Fur Farm Fox Rescue in Minnesota 03/19/2019

Greetings Trilogy family!

This year we have chosen www.saveafox.org (Saveafox Rescue) as our fundraising beneficiary! This wonderful fox sanctuary rescues foxes from the horrors of living their entire lives in wire cages at "fur farms", discarded and killed when they get sick, don't produce the "right kind of fur" or are born with defects. The rescue provides them with an amazing place to either grow old or get adopted into the proper living situations because they would not survive being released into the wild due to the way they have been forced to live.

To read more about the rescue, you can check out their website www.saveafox.org or check out their Instagram to see all the foxes they are currently saving and caring for. You can also check out their page: https://www.facebook.com/SaveAFoxRescue/

Dr. Maia will be traveling to Minnesota to volunteer at the sanctuary and bring them some much needed donations and supplies. We would love your help! If you would like to help out, you can drop these items off here at Trilogy!

Here is a list of the many needed items that would really help them help these amazing creatures:

* Hand sanitizer
* Disinfectant wipes
* Potty pads
* Bandaids
* hydrogen peroxide
* Rubbing alcohol
* Rubber cleaning gloves
* Simple Green cleaning solution
* Dawn dish soap
* Dish scrubbing brushes
* trash bags
* paper towels
* Storage bins with locking lids
* 60 watt light bulbs
* Natures Miracle cleaning solution
* Spray bottles for cleaning
* Brillo pads
* Zip ties
* Garden staples
* Wire cutters (for building fox enclosures)
* Scissors
