Our Story π
We fatefully (see: randomly) met on a bus to a house music festival in Nevada, 9 years ago. Since then, Best Butt x Ammo have been united in our obsession with primary colors and collaborated on so many silly art projects and parties! π

Best Butt, going against EVERYTHING we have ever said on the topic, is building an art car! π ποΈπ
Ideated + engineered by BBβs local welding and trippy lamp enthusiast .b.eezy, Throwing Shadeβ will be the grooviest little big lamp to ever hit playa!
Originally an airport luggage cart, this custom art car features a hand-bent, welded frame wrapped in psychedelic fabric and, like any proper lamp, itβs going to beβ¦ lit. π€
Sheβs still in progress, but will be parked outside Nectar Lounge on Saturday for you to check out!

Think: Western shirts cut into crop tops, excessive use of fringe, rhinestones, bolo ties, novelty foam cowboy hats, greasepaint, denim on denim, cowboy boots, pompoms as buttons, tiny cowboy hats, chaps, neck kerchiefs, paisley everything (itβs timeless!), very large shoes, very tiny cars, miniature horses, oversized ponies, etc.

A little wind, a little rain, a few Butts going renegadeβ¦
How was itβ¦.non traditional and also somehow exactly as expected?
We spent a good number of hours:
- Successfully teasing llamas all week π¦
- Being our best bold banandits and robbing trains, covered wagons, vandalizing our own signs, etc. π
- Breaking out the olβ mud spoon (thanks for packing that Kerri) π₯
- Serving straight whiskey into tiny glass jars and making lots of lifelong friends in the neighborhood who we will never possibly remember (*as it turns out, Andy is in charge of cocktails for our camp and he wasnβt there to help so we completely gave up on mixed drinks as of Monday) π₯
- Slipping and slidin around the kitchen to get each other snacks and pour ourselves only the stiffest drinks (again, gave up on mixer day 0) π
- Consuming nightly freshly made espresso affogato because Brooke is insane and we love her π¨
- Reuniting with our favorite feral cats & somehow all our Seattle friends on Friday with Mad Tea(s)e π±
- Ate fresh sausage courtesy of the polish ambassador and admired the Playa Weenies in protest π
- Generally got wet and dried out again several times in succession, but did not once get too hot, so, there you go. Important reminder that the weather will always be terrible, the question is really, which terrible are we doing this year? π€
