We are launching two Go Deeper Experiences at this year’s Live Salted Retreat at Malibu — Becoming a Shepherd of Hearts + Spaces AND Becoming a Discerner of the Spiritual World. Both are designed for deeper formation, real practice, and leadership along the way.

Meet KAILA ALVAREZ!!!
As our new COO, she will be the operational heartbeat behind everything Live Salted brings to life.
Kaila has spent over twenty years building things that last and developing people who flourish. She is a pastor, an equipper and a fierce advocate for women who carry a sense of calling but have not yet been given the room to step fully into it.
She holds a Master of Divinity and a Master’s in Reconciliation and Intercultural Studies from Seattle Pacific University. Her background spans church planting, university ministry, executive-level diversity and inclusion leadership, and nonprofit consulting across the PNW.
We prayed for someone who carried the same pastoral heart and commitment to excellence that has marked this ministry from the beginning — and the Lord brought us Kaila.
