The Maritime Innovation Center is an of the historic Seattle Ship Supply Building at Fishermen’s Terminal that will transform the oldest Port of Seattle property into a state-of-the-art blue technology hub for the maritime industry. Led by Kelly Purnell (Port of Seattle), Andrew Simes (), and Nash Johnson, (), this presentation and project tour will highlight aspirational aspects of the , navigating real world challenges related to permitting, and examples on site such as the preservation and reuse of the heavy timber structure.
