It's a safe place where struggling mothers can talk to other moms and get support and understanding, as well as seek professional help in their own area. If you have ever had PPD or PPP and wish to have another child, or are dealing with a mental illness, I strongly endorse making an action plan for yourself when you are in a good place. The following link has one of THE BEST wellness recovery action plans I have ever seen. Please take a look at this site for yourself and for your clients/patients! It is EXCELLENT!!
