The benefits of ketosis are many and I have seen many people improve their health by training their body to burn fat and ketones. While I don't think it is necessary to stay in ketosis all the time, I choose to. If you do break it by eating too many carbs just make sure you get back into it by fasting or restrictung carbohydrates. Keto is not a fad diet, its a metabolic state in the body that has helped so many achieve higher levels of health.
