Now we wait 9 to 10 months

While transferring Hopsman into is secondary I decided to see how it was going. Have to say this years is going to be something special as the flavor is indescribable.

Some say a little is a lot, Opie and I respectfully disagree.

Nothing like a little explosive decompression to start the morning...

We are in need of empty wine bottles, anyone feel like saving them for us?

So that hibiscus pale ale we made, not to bad. Needs some more age but is still a tasty beer.
