Holiday Bridge Park

Today we had such an amazing time as our General Manager Stephen (who happens to have been a chef many years ago) and our Sous Chef Jasper went head-to-head in a taco-making competition!

Both dishes were fantastic and delicious, BUT... Jasper's Tacos al Pastor won in a landslide over Stephen's Beef Barbacoa! We're so thankful Jasper's amazing talents are helping lead our culinary team!

I guess it goes to show you, pineapple belongs on more than pizza and piña coladas!

We love when groups from around the larger West Seattle community come visit to share their talents with us! Thanks so much to the folks from Seattle Public Schools for coming to share such a wonderful and fun performance with our residents!

Our Garden Party Social Series events, inspired by spring being in full swing, took us to enjoy fresh Lemon bars, seasonal veggies and fruits, and a Beekeeping Speech from one of our residents who is a volunteer Apiarist.

It was quite the spring fling! 🌸

¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a vibrant fiesta and delicious Mexican cuisine. With a spread including taco salads, enchiladas, tacos, and fresh-fried churros, our chefs did such an amazing job!
