Do you listen to your body?
Do you know what is it saying to you?
Is it happy?
Is it sad?
Is it tired?
Is it full of energy?
Is it healthy?
Does it need rest?
Or food?
Or exercise?
What does it need at this moment?
How often you pay attention to what body is telling you through the signs of aches, pains, sleepiness, tiredness? Do you pay attention? Do you try to figure out what it needs at this exact moment? Maybe it doesn't' want the food you're eating right now due to being tired and stressed? Maybe it wants the rest? Showing extra calories down won't save you from exhaustion, it will give you some short-term boost but it will catch up with you.
We take our bodies for granted but they also need love, care and support.
So how often do you listen to your body?
