We’ve been dreaming of gathering designers and somatic practitioners for many months and we’re elated it’s finally happening with our friend and co-creator Rene Benavides. This is going to be full of curiosity, play, and body-up inquiry. We hope you’ll join us!

After a period of reflection, listening, rest, and integration, we joyfully welcome forward the next season of Embodied Action Lab, 6 weeks of embodiment and co-creation toward just and regenerative futures.
🌊The first community last fall generated wisdom and radiance that continues to carry through today. We’ll be sharing some highlights from that experience in the coming weeks as we get ready to embark with a new community in June.
👀 Registration is open through May 27th. Sign up solo, with a coworker, or a friend. Link in bio.
🌱PS: Notice our new logo and vibe? This is a taste of our new identity! We’ll be sharing more about our process and exciting developments later this month!

👋 Your body at work—what's that like?
How do you feel when you're working? Can you hear your body's cues? Do you have time to listen? Do you ask for consent?
👆These are some questions we're asking this Friday 2/11 in our lunchtime Sandbox Session at 12pm. We'll share a somatic design framework to explore how the body is part of our work ecosystem, and we'll co-create strategies to welcome the body and center its voice and needs.
🌍 Why are we doing this?
We Become believes that reconnecting to and respecting our bodies is part of a process to decolonize ways of working and disrupt a hierarchy of mind over body that's led systems of harm to people and our planet.

We're IN SESSION!👂📢
We're asking business, non-profit, and government leaders: what are the challenges you face and possibilities you see for embodying your values and vision throughout your organization?
We're holding space for reflecting and meaning making, and if you're open to it, we'll offer some thoughts and sounding board support.
This is an opportunity for you to process in a casual, confidential space, and for us to learn more about what clients need so we can better serve our community.
✏️ Sign up for a 1-on-1 session with Emily at: https://calendly.com/webecome/listening-session
➡️ Tag and share with your manager, boss, and other rad leaders out there!

New blog post! Q U E E R I N G Business Relationships
The consultant-client relationship can be transactional, impersonal, and decontextualized. When these relationships are reduced to a payment for service, we lose the container of a collaborative partnership that is precisely what’s needed for the project to truly flourish into what it wants to become.
At We Become, the work we’re doing isn’t a ‘go and do it’ situation. It’s a ‘let’s dig into this together’ process.
What is gained by breaking out of the conventional consultant-client pattern is authenticity and mutuality. It is the opportunity to be vulnerable and get deeper to the root of challenges than what’s possible otherwise. We gain an abundance of space where everyone gets to have their boundaries respected and needs met, rather than neglected and devalued. We get to be our whole selves in the work together, build a sense of togetherness, and even open up pathways for healing the wounds from those old patterns.
