Greenhouse Cafe was established in the spring of 2022 by Ari Dapra and Cassidy Allen. Combining their efforts from years of experience working in many different facets of the restaurant industry with a drive to create great vegetarian food and an equitable work environment, Greenhouse was born. Cassidy began working in restaurants at 15, working his way from dishwasher to prep cook to line cook. H
