This politician has the right idea and possible solution to the stagnant wages and lack of jobs in NEPA. The key is to bring back passenger rail and connecting the cities together.

So it looks like the dream has become a reality. A French company called ALSTOM has built and is manufacturing a new hydrogen based passenger train. Maybe we can get a couple for the tri-city project? To learn more about the train:
