This subject has long been a fascinating one to me, ornate detailed objects that serve as art and function. I wonder the stories of the people whos hands have over time pollished these fixtures when coming home or visiting friends and family. Often overlooked but when you stop and take a moment you can appreciate the details, patterns and patina uniquely adorning each one.
