Another sleepless night of tossing and turning, trying to find the ONE position where you can actually breathe?
I see you. And I have something that might help.
In two weeks, I'm teaching the Breathe Easier Workshop — 90 minutes of techniques that help unlock that trapped sinus pressure and restore the deep, restful sleep your body is craving.
This isn't about managing symptoms.
It's about teaching your body how to find relief from the inside out.
Wednesday, May 27th | 6:00 PM Pacific | Virtual via Zoom
We'll explore gentle acupressure flows, breath work that clears brain fog, and techniques that help you sleep deeply again.
Because you deserve to wake up feeling refreshed instead of defeated.

Welcome to May! 🌸
As spring settles in around us, I know many of you are navigating allergy season. I wanted to share something that might shift how you think about this time of year.
Something I see every allergy season that breaks my heart:
People with impressive toolkits doing "everything right" — antihistamines, sprays, air purifiers — but feeling like their bodies have turned against them.
Here's what I've learned after 30+ years in practice: your body isn't overreacting to spring. It's under-supported.
There's a completely different approach that works with your body's intelligence instead of against it.
When you learn the difference between managing symptoms and truly supporting your body, everything shifts.
I just wrote about this backwards approach that's keeping so many people trapped, plus the three specific ways your body actually wants support this season.
One client switched her hydration approach (just one small change) and her morning congestion disappeared in three days.

Worth the read if you're tired of feeling like you're fighting your own body.

What an inspiring evening at the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber mixer! 🌟
Connecting with local business leaders who truly care about their teams' wellbeing is exactly why I do this work.
Special gratitude to Denise Aver-Phillips for the warm welcome as the new Business Relations Manager !
Here's to supporting each other in building healthier, more balanced workplaces. ✨
When employees feel supported in their whole selves — body, mind, and spirit — everything changes.
Productivity increases.
Stress decreases.
And people actually want to come to work.
That's the kind of ripple effect I dream of creating throughout Sonoma County. 💜
Thank you for hosting such a welcoming space for meaningful connections!

Something happened on a beach in Barbados that I keep coming back to.
I had a chance to spend time with a six-year-old girl — a hurricane survivor, newly arrived in Barbados with her family. We built sand castles.
And while we played, I showed her the first step of the Daily Clean Your House Flow — giving herself a hug. And then the Jumper Cables. Simple holds. Gentle touch.
A woman nearby was watching. She was connected to the school this little girl attended. She asked me to teach her the Daily Flow — for the teachers.
I left her with a full stack of Daily Flow cards. Enough for all of them.
That is what this work does.
It travels. It reaches people you never planned to reach. It goes home with someone — and ends up in a classroom, at a bedside, on a beach in Barbados.
This is why I keep teaching. And it's why GPS Level 1 exists.
We begin April 15.
