RECOURSE is a community-based charitable nonprofit organization that provides Sonoma County residents with the means for identitfying, expressing, and peacefully resolving conflict in a safe environment. We do this through a variety of conflict resolution skills training programs and by conducting mediations for people in conflict in the community.

If you’re ready to let go of an old conflict but not sure how to get un-stuck from unhealthy communication patterns, try mediation. Mediators can help people look at conflict through a new lens, solve problems, let go of the old junk, and move forward to a brighter future.

Conflict is an opportunity to improve and move in a new direction. Resolving conflict can be stressful and exhausting at times, but if you keep in mind that it’s an opportunity for something better, it can help keep you motivated to work on it and stay with the process.
