My first Hot Pilates class 🔥 I walked in curious and walked out sweaty, shaky, and feeling so proud of myself. Definitely harder than I expected, but so worth it. Here’s to stepping out of my comfort zone and becoming stronger one class at a time. ✨💪

Since the very beginning, you’ve been there—right beside us—helping raise us with patience, kindness, and unwavering care. You are more than family to us; you are a second mother, a guiding light, and a source of strength.

Thank you for all the sacrifices you’ve made, for the values you’ve instilled in us, and for the warmth you’ve given so freely. Because of you, we learned what love, respect, and resilience truly mean.

And thank you for always being there for us—answering all our little calls like,“Nay, diin nabutang gani ang…?” 😅“Nay, updi ko bi…” 🥹No matter how small or big, you were always there—ready to help, to guide, and to love us.
