Working on a new piece, my coworker asked me to do a portrait of his mother as a gift for her birthday. My friend and coworker died suddenly and I put the drawing aside for a time. His death really rattled me so I didn't touch it for months. I will complete the drawing and give it to his mother so she knows how much he loved her. (Mother and nephew)
