The energies of this day remind us of the importance of being grateful for our physical body and recognizing it as the home of our being, the vehicle through which we experience this reality. Every day, our body keeps functioning, allowing us to enjoy life’s experiences, and by accepting and honoring it, we are acknowledging its beauty and value.

Let us take a moment today to notice how we treat our body. Do we care for it with the respect it deserves? Do we fully accept it? Do we nourish it consciously? Do we exercise it and give it the necessary rest? Or are we just taking it for granted?

Let us remember that our spirit chose the body we have as the perfect instrument for our journey through this world. Let’s accept it with gratitude and love, let’s take care of it, being aware of its divinity.

Las energías de este día nos recuerdan la importancia de agradecer a nuestro cuerpo físico y reconocerlo como el hogar de nuestro ser, el vehículo a través del cual experimentamos esta realidad. Cada día, nuestro cuerpo se mantiene en funcionamiento, permitiéndonos disfrutar de las experiencias de la vida y, al aceptarlo y honrarlo, estamos reconociendo su belleza y valor.

Tomémonos hoy un momento para ser conscientes de cómo tratamos a nuestro cuerpo. ¿Lo cuidamos con el respeto que merece? ¿Lo aceptamos plenamente? ¿Lo alimentamos con consciencia? ¿Lo ejercitamos y le damos el descanso necesario? ¿O simplemente lo estamos tomando por sentado?
