What makes this beloved bag so special? We use locally grown hatch green chile’s for that unmistakable New Mexico kick, blended perfectly with creamy white cheddar. It’s bold, cheesy, with the perfect amount of heat.

Holy smokes this was surely a date night to remember! 🎶❤️🎉

We had the absolute joy of experiencing one of our favorite artists and his incredible band last night at the Santa Fe Opera. His “circus of love” was a true revival - full of joy, connection, and the universal language of music. The concert filled our hearts to the brim, and then the up close and personal encore made them explode! Thank you, truly. 🙏🏼🙏🏾❤️🎶
