Paradigm shifts like:

We are energy in form.

That we carry purpose.

That the purpose moves through our own inner authority, felt in the body.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲.

You allow these truths emerge in your life - there is nothing to do

Some people call this awakening, but that word points up and away, like it's somewhere far off.

It isn't.

It's closer than that.

It's allowing what you already sense, be real, then let your body show you how to live from it.

The six lines are the order it comes home in.

1 You ground in what's true.
2 You feel yourself come back online.
3 You test it until it holds.
4 You trust it in relationship.
5 You speak from it.
6 You become it.

Like any expedition, you study the map before you walk.

And like any real journey, the day comes when the terrain becomes wisdom and you don't need the map anymore.
