🌿5 Knots in 5 Days - Day 1

Today we're starting with the Lark's Head Knot, one the most common knot used as the starting point for many macramé projects.

This simple knot is the one I use most often to attach cords to rings, branches, dowels, or anything else I want to use as a mount for a project.

This is part 1 in my 5 Knots in 5 Days Series, Check out my page to watch any parts that you have missed and consider following if you want to see more of this series.

Are you new to macramé, or have you been knotting for a while?

Before, our ball caps usually ended up tossed on a chair, the counter, or wherever they landed. It didn’t take long for the clutter to pile up, and half the hats were getting squashed in the process.

After, the ball caps had a place to land that keeps our caps organized, easy to grab, and neatly displayed instead of hidden in a pile.

Functional storage can still feel warm and intentional.

Are you a “toss it anywhere” person or an “everything has a place” person? Answer honestly, I won’t judge 🙂
