Serenity and sophistication define Solace, a magnificent estate that lives fully in harmony with its high desert surroundings. Step inside, and the tone immediately shifts toward intimate refinement. Variance plaster walls catch the natural light in soft layers, while large-format flooring flows seamlessly from the living spaces directly to the outdoor portals, erasing the boundary between inside and out.

Looking out through these massive windows, the structure opens completely to embrace the rhythm of the landscape. Every detail—from the artisanal custom cabinetry to the thoughtfully placed specialty lighting—speaks to a shared pursuit of balance, calm, and enduring beauty.

This unique desert estate features an incredible layout designed to maximize both luxury and utility—complete with a magnificent custom barn, a separate main home, an outdoor pool oasis, and a private casita. Every angle is carefully crafted to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

A project this distinct requires exceptional vision. We are incredibly proud of our longstanding partnership with the brilliant team at Hoopes Architects (). A special shout-out to the incredibly talented lead architect, Alex Soloranzo, for the breathtaking initial rendering (Image 1) that set the stage for this build!
