Culinary Skills plate up. Chicken sautéed with heirloom tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, and vegetable medley. Man this was good!

This is only a some of the culinarians that worked to feed 50,000+ people in Santa Fe. What an awesome group. Students, volunteers, staff and faculty worked hard to do the right thing. Thanks to everyone involved.
