Had so much fun making this cocktail during this quarantine

“Purple platypus”
2 oz Empress Gin
3/4 oz yuzu juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz half & half
1/2 blanc vermouth
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with ice for 10 seconds
Strain out liquid into the small tin and discard ice
Reshake for another 10-20 seconds
Double strain into glass
Garnish with edible flowers and edible gold leaf
