Thinking about buying a home in CA? Want to increase your credit score? Here are some tip!

1. Pay off your credit cards
2. Once paid off, try and get an increase on your credit limit
3. Use less than 10% of your credit available. This will let you make 2 payment a month which will boost your credit.
4. You can look into getting added as an authorized user to a family member or friend that has good credit. This will not impact their credit but it will raise yours.
5. If you can't pay off all your credit cards. PLEASE PAY THEM ON TIME. This may be a no brainer, however you would be surprised as to how many clients I have seen that have late payments.
