Exciting news — I am officially transitioning my therapy practice from part-time to full-time and expanding my caseload! 🤍
I am currently accepting new clients and referrals for adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults throughout Utah via telehealth and in-person sessions, including afternoon availability.
I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating:
✨ Trauma and nervous system overwhelm
✨ Anxiety and emotional dysregulation
✨ Grief and loss
✨ Burnout and emotional exhaustion
✨ Divorce and major life transitions
✨ Adult women with ADHD
✨ New parents/Postpartum
✨ Identity development and life transition-related stress
✨ I also provide counseling services in ASL for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds! I am a BIPOC therapist and am passionate about providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for many different communities. I have worked with every population you can think of.
My approach is relational, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic/nervous system-focused interventions, CBT, EFT and DBT when clinically appropriate.
I currently accept many insurance plans, including Select Health, medicaid, Cigna,Clergy pay, University of Utah health plans, and More. I am also an EAP contracted therapist.
I would also love to continue building collaborative relationships with community providers, schools, universities, and counseling centers throughout Utah. If you maintain a referral list or know someone looking for ongoing outpatient therapy support, I would truly appreciate being considered as a referral option.

Does anyone have a new year's Resolution to go on a healing journey?
10 Years ago I was forced into my healing journey not knowing that I needed it. I was only 19 years old and I was suffering with daily panic attacks and severe PTSD as a result of childhood trauma CSA, an additional assult, faith trauma, and more...
I wished I would have had Something more to guide me on that journey. My therapist was helpful but I wished I would have Known what else I could do in the meantime in between sessions. And I wish I would have known what I could do to help myself on my own on a daily basis.
Now, I am a licensed therapist who hasn't had a panic attack in five years and who is thriving, not just surviving. If you have a goal to just get started. Even in a small way doing the shadow work, doing the inner work, doing something that will better your life every day and help make the process of processing trauma and healing the nervous system a little easier,
