We are a couple of moms who were knocked down from autoimmune disease and fought our way back to optimal health when we discovered the Auto Immune Protocol way of eating and natural supplements, among other things which we will share with you. AIPcommunity.com is close to being up and running. We are building a community to lend support to one another. We will have meetups and ways for all of you to network while recovering. Eggless pancakes! has an amazing recipe for banana pancakes 🥞! I know some of our AIP friends have not reintroduced honey 🍯- feel free to drizzle a little coconut 🥥 nectar - or trust that they’re delicious and leave off the syrup substitutes! I’ve not yet been able to make them look beautiful, but they’re certainly filling and tasty 😋 I like to cook two meals worth at a time just to stay ahead on the meal prep
