Balance Within

It hurts my heart to say that this Thursday, May 9th, I will be teaching my very last class at Yoga Shala. Grace was 7 when she started teaching here with me and will be here on Thursday, just like old times aka B.V.B. (before volleyball).
We would love to have you join us one last time in this beautiful sacred space. 💙🙏🏽

Happy Autumn Equinox! It’s when the sun pauses over the equator bringing equal amounts of light and darkness. It is a time for renewal and recalibration, a time when day and night, inward and outward, masculine and feminine are all in perfect balance.
It marks a shift between the extroverted spring/summer, which is all about play, pleasure, and connection, and the introverted fall/winter, which is a time for rest, intimate connection, solitude, and reflection.
May we remember that we are nature and that everything in nature is always in perfect balance. 💙🧿💦
