The core mission of the Center for Workers’ Rights is to provide free and reduced rate legal services to the community. The Center will coordinate Workers’ Rights Clinics and Know-Your-Rights trainings on employment law issue

Care home workers who work 24-hour or live-in shifts have the right to:
🔹At least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep
🔹A safe, private place to rest
🔹Pay for any sleep interruptions
If you don’t get your full five hours of sleep, your time must be counted as work hours
🔹Your rest matters. Your rights matter.
