Starting fall off with some awesome work outs!! So happy to be back at it and reaching for those PR’s. Haven’t posted in awhile but I’ve been grinding! Fall Goals!!
220 lbs deadlift. Goal 250 lbs
140 lbs front squat Goal 160
Tomorrow is clean and Jerk 🤞🏻hoping for 125lbs! Love the motivation and push at our gym!!
