If you live in California, make sure to vote in the recall election, but you may want to wait till the last minute so that you can see which candidates have the best chance of winning. Vote for the candidates even if you vote against the recall.

If you submitted a mail-in ballot with tracking capability (some states), make sure to verify your ballot was received correctly. If there are any problems, contact your local election agency.

It's important to recognize that some fraud will occur in an election but we must not assume that it is significant enough to change the results. Vigilance in investigating fraud is our best defense until states update their elections systems to provide proper ballot tracking (similar to mail/package shipments).
