Sutter Street Steakhouse- A little trip to Folsom CA for an elevated dinner. Definitely worth the trip. The appetizer prawns were seared and cooked perfectly. A light seasoning that allowed you to dredge through the amazingly sweet n spicy reduction that was circling these tasty gems! I couldn’t get enough and this made me excited for the next course!
Bring on the Steak. A 12oz perfectly seared Prime Rib Eye. This didn’t suck. The flavor, the fats, the tenderness……. Served w/ whipped potatoes (ehh, potatoes- Creamy & light. A nice soft addition) But the Roasted Garlic….. Make sure you try it. Add a piece with your steak and you’ll thank me later! Side-Dishes. Sautéed Mushrooms and ”The Carrots”! I’ll get to the Carrots in a moment. The shrooms- Mushrooms were full of flavor, cooked perfectly and came to the table hot and ready to party! They even had a slight sear. Bravo! Ok, ok….. These Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned Carrots. A little spice (heat) with the cooling/calming effect from the honey that was dancing atop these sticks of delightfulness like a figure skater landing a triple toe lope!! So Good, So perfect in every way!
The wine selection is abundant with choices! I would give this meal 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩 5 Steaks. Definitely recommend & I will definitely be back! Cheers
