10 years of CrossFit Rising Tide!!!
Today we celebrate our 10 year anniversary by bringing back to the first workout we ever did on the first day we opened!
We want to thank all our members past and present for the amazing community of happy, healthy folks we’ve created over the past 10 years. This would not have been possible without all of you, so THANK YOU 👏👏
