Came out to tow a Ford Escape in Ruskin

So I had the honor today to assist a 100 year-old lady who is just beyond adorable. I spent 20 minutes sitting down with her talking and she is awesome.

Saved the customer a ton of $$ by fixing the cable end vs tearing down the car to put in a new cable.
