Hey Guys, Here is the summer schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-9:30 ** Conditioning classes
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am ** Conditioning classes
Thursday 7:30am ** Yoga
if you are interested in one on one training please contact me directly. Also, if you would like to just do drop in classes Conditioning class is 12.00 and Yoga is 10.00
