Before your feet even hit the floor...
something is already trying to tell you who you are.

The calendar.

Money.

Clients.

Health.

The news.

Someone’s opinion.

An unanswered prayer.

A number in your bank account.

A diagnosis.

A disappointment.

And if we’re not careful, we begin looking outside ourselves to determine whether we’re okay.

Whether we’re safe.

Whether we’re enough.

Whether we can have peace.

But external reality is always changing.

Money changes.

People change.

Circumstances change.

Outcomes change.

Which means if peace depends on conditions...

peace stays postponed.

One of the most powerful realizations I’ve had is this:

Pressure is often a symptom of living from the outside in.

And freedom begins when we stop outsourcing our peace to things that were never designed to carry it.

There was a time this wouldn’t have felt like me.
Sitting still.
At peace.
Not trying to figure everything out.
Because for years…
money didn’t feel peaceful.
It felt:
heavy
stressful
something to manage or survive
And I didn’t realize…
I had already decided something about it.
“I don’t want money.”
Not consciously.
But through what I had seen…
what I had experienced…
what I had associated.
So even while I was building…
working…
praying for more…
something in me was still resisting it.
That’s what most women never see.
It’s not just about money.
It’s about what money means to you.
And until that shifts…
peace and prosperity will feel like opposites.
They’re not.
They were meant to flow together.
