One of the things we admire most about Diane is her willingness to learn and grow. She’s embraced coaching, worked on improving her form, challenged herself with heavier weights, and continues to build strength that supports her both inside and outside the gym.

🎉🌟 DOUBLE 25 SESSION CELEBRATION! 🌟🎉
Today we’re celebrating two incredible women who have reached their very first milestone—25 sessions strong! 👏💪
🎉 Pamela Hallagan – 25 Sessions
Pam has made amazing progress over these first 25 sessions! She came in with goals, stayed committed, and has been steadily building her strength, balance, confidence, and overall health along the way.
One of our favorite moments came during her milestone workout when she confidently said, “I’m getting down on the ground for these exercises!” And she did—getting down and back up with ease! The entire class cheered because we all knew just how far she’d come. Moments like that are what this journey is all about. We’re so proud of you, Pam! 💙
🎉 Anita Kotary– 25 Sessions
Anita has been an absolute rockstar since the day she joined us! She jumped right in, embraced the challenge, and hasn’t looked back. She’s always one of the first to cheer on the people around her, bringing positive energy and encouragement to every workout.
One of the coolest parts of her journey has been seeing fitness become a family affair. She was inspired to start by her sister, and now she’s sharing that same inspiration by working out alongside her daughter during our Sweat & Connect event. That’s what Fit Fam is all about!

It’s been so awesome having Olivia home from college this summer and watching her consistently show up for those 5:15 AM workouts before the sun is even up! 🌅💪

What an accomplishment! One thousand two hundred sessions represent years of showing up, putting in the work, and being a huge part of our Rome Fit community.
If you know Jay, you know he’s always keeping us on our toes with his antics and sense of humor. Whether he’s sneaking bunny ears into someone else’s milestone photo—or, in true full-circle fashion, rocking a pair of bunny ears in his own today 🐰😂—Jay knows how to keep us laughing.
Behind all the fun is someone who has become such a familiar and valued part of our Fit Fam. He’s always up for a good laugh, enjoys giving the coaches a hard time now and then, and brings an energy that makes every session a little more fun. And after 1,200 sessions, one thing is for sure—he just keeps showing up, keeps getting better, and keeps proving that consistency wins every time.
