Culver Props
How Propellers are made, even still today in 2026. Some use CNC, but I prefer this. 😁
I have posted about this before, but this seem to be one of the more controversial things in the comment section. Each prop gets two cuts. Here you can see the second cut cleaning up that flat spot that everyone likes to point out. Building a prop is a 6 day process and not every video shows every step, but I thought this one really showed a good view of that final clean up cut.
An oldie, but a goodie. I know everyone is going to tell me to lower my guide, but I need the room for the twisting and changing position of the hub as I cut. Not everyone will agree with that, but I have cut out a couple thousand and that is what works for me.
