I do not know how many of you will see this right away because I have been dreadfully horrible about keeping up with my page, but I have decided to close the doors to my photography business at the end of this year. I have had some setbacks physically with my hands and have not been able to keep up with the demands of the business. This year will have been my 8th year of officially being in business, the number eight symbolizes New Beginnings and I do believe that God has some different things in store for me in this coming year. I have loved being able to capture the beauty of my clients in photographic images, using the creative skills God has given me, and hopefully they will be treasured for a lifetime. There is always a certain sadness that comes with closing the door to a chapter in your life but I do it with great anticipation also of the new things to come. THANK YOU ALL for your support through the years, it has meant SO much to me!

Last week I had the privilege of photographing some very close friends of mine. God has used them in some very special ways in their nephews life as they have opened up their hearts and home to him through some very hard times. It has been so great to see him become such a part of their family and be so well taken care of. God works in amazing ways and always provides where there is a need. Their hearts are so big and I am honored to call them friends. Ruth Baker Hurban, Andrew Hurban
