✨We are so thrilled to welcome .autumn_terwilliger to Kindred Connection as an affiliate! Autumn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor, menstrual, and obstetric health. She supports individuals through pelvic floor dysfunctions, endometriosis, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery using evidence-based, whole-body, trauma-informed care. She is especially passionate about expanding access to early postpartum rehab—particularly week-one support after cesarean birth. She also co-founded the Rochester Endometriosis Collective to improve awareness and care for complex pelvic conditions. You can find her at .pt

We are excited to welcome another perinatal mental health therapist to our affiliate team! ✨

Teagan is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D), is trained in EMDR, a doula and is working on her perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C). Formalities aside, Teagan was called to birth work and perinatal mental health after lived experience of natural conception after a long road with IVF and a surprise endometriosis diagnosis. She is also a NICU mama. Teagan’s therapeutic style is a blend of EMDR, nervous system work, perinatal mental health and a side of compassionate humor.
