we are both a proud sponsor and proud participant in the stanislaus partners in education program. SPIE was established in 1991 by educators and employers to help schools better prepare students for the world of work following high school and/or college graduation.

throughout this school year, we've had several High School students job shadow our wonderful superintendents on job sites to assist in making those tough decisions after High School.

college is not the be all end all, and you can have a very successful career without having to spending 10's of thousands of dollars on a college diploma....in many cases a better, healthier, happier and more lucrative career.

i would encourage all students to put the work in like these kids, look at your options and make informed decisions before thinking the only path after graduation is college. the trades are desperately looking for capable, qualified, and ambitious young men and women.
