Tight hips? Try these stretches out and see if they help.
If you work on a computer all day like I do, your hips can feel on fire by the end of the day. I know mine do. Take 5 minutes out of the day to try these and see if they help! Plus add in a walk at the end of the day to incorporate some movement.

Meal Prep Outcome!
Breakfast: granola & yogurt
I love Purely Elizabeth granola, absolute favorite! And I use Oikos Pro yogurt, 100 cal and 15g of protein!
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Soup
This soup is packed with veggies and chicken and no noodles! I paired it with a Mason Dixie Biscuit and it was AMAZING!
*P.S. Mason Dixie also has amazing breakfast sandwiches!
Snack: Protein Iced Coffee & Kodiak Granola Bar
2 staple items in my house. The Chike! Iced Coffee has 20g of Protein!
Dinner: Shrimp, Brown Rice, & Brussel Sprouts
Shrimp is a great way to get in more protein and of course I wanted to be sure to add in some veggies!
